We accept refund requests only under the following conditions:
The product arrived damaged or broken.
You received the wrong item.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
Refunds are not available for:
Customized or personalized items (e.g., personal images, name frames, special dates).
Items returned without prior approval.
Minor variations in color, size, or design are due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

Send clear photos or videos showing the issue (damage or wrong item).

If you prefer, we can replace the item instead of issuing a refund, subject to availability.
In some cases, we may request you to return the item.
Return shipping costs will be covered by us only if the error was on our part (damaged or incorrect item).
